Our story

The middle
nobody built

Sohlara was born from a gap: the long stretch between a meditation app and a therapist, where burnout quietly grows.

Why Sohlara exists

Sohlara started with a simple, uncomfortable realisation: most of us only notice burnout once it has already taken something from us, our sleep, our motivation, our relationships, our health.

The tools that existed felt like they were built for a different problem. Meditation when you needed structure. Therapy when you needed daily support. Productivity apps when what you actually needed was to stop.

From feeling to framework

So we built the thing we wished existed: a way to catch burnout early, understand it across body, soul and mind, and recover from it with a plan that adapts to you, plus a real person to lean on.

That is Sohlara. Not another app that adds to your day, but a quiet system that helps you get yourself back.

Built on a promise

No hype. No pressure. No guilt. Just a clear signal when something is off, and a calm, science-grounded path back to your energy.

Burnout isn't a personal failing, it's a measurable state of chronic stress your body, soul and mind can recover from. We built Sohlara on that science: a validated burnout assessment, daily recovery practices, and a real human in your corner.

For years I watched capable people slowly destroy their physical health and emotional well-being. Sohlara exists to change that, to make burnout visible early, and to turn recovery into something you actually have a plan for.

As a doctor, I've seen how often burnout is caught far too late, once it has already taken a real toll on the body. Sohlara brings genuine clinical understanding to recovery, so people get support before they're forced to stop.
