About Sohlara

Burnout is real,
measurable and reversible

Sohlara turns a vague sense of "I can't keep going" into something you can see and act on: a burnout score built on the science, a plan that fits your life, and real people when you need them.

Why we exist

Most tools stop at a breathing exercise and a shrug. We built the first platform that treats burnout as what the science says it is, a measurable, recoverable condition, and walks people all the way back.

What we do

How Sohlara
helps you recover

Four steps that turn burnout from a feeling you dismiss into a recovery you can follow.

01

Measure it

A two-minute assessment gives you a burnout score across Energy, Emotion and Focus, the three dimensions the WHO uses to define burnout.

02

Get a real plan

Your score becomes a personalized recovery plan with daily practices and an AI coach that works around your day, not on top of it.

03

Bring in humans

When practices are not enough, licensed therapists and nutritionists step in, matched to what your score actually shows.

04

Watch it move

Retake your score over time and see the number climb, so recovery is something you can measure, not just hope for.

Grounded in
the science

In 2019 the World Health Organization formally recognised burnout in the ICD-11, defining it along three dimensions: exhaustion, mental distance or cynicism, and reduced effectiveness.

Sohlara's score is built on that exact structure, the same three-dimension framework behind the field's most established burnout measures. We do not reproduce those clinical instruments, we use the science they are built on, and we are clear about what a wellbeing score can and cannot tell you.

Why it
matters

Burnout stopped being a personal failing a long time ago. It is now a recognised occupational phenomenon, and the numbers behind it are hard to ignore, yet most people still face it alone.

We started Sohlara to close the gap between "I think I'm burned out" and "here is your way back", with a score, a plan and real humans in one place.

From the founder

"I watched good people burn out quietly, believing it was their fault. It is not. Burnout is real, it is measurable, and with the right support it is reversible. That belief is the whole company."
